We welcome Jennifer Mae Oliver to our dedicated group of people doing the behind-the-scenes work for Circle F Horse Rescue.  Jennifer brings her passion of animal rescue and amazing photography in support of our cause.  She has also taken on the role of our Social Media coordinator, and is responsible for our FaceBook, Twitter, Instagram, Google and Pinterest pages, as well as publishing our quarterly newsletter, and designing and promoting all our holiday and event campaigns.

Last month, I was thrilled to visit one of our volunteers, Lynda, and bring back a Happy Tails update on her boy Keyster !  While I wasn't around when Keyster was adopted in 2011, I enjoyed getting to meet this happy fellow and capture the wonderful bond between him and Lynda. Keyster is boarded currently in a facility that has many other horses as well as 40 acres to explore. Thank you, Lynda, for not only adopting this very special fellow and your time volunteering, but for introducing me to this amazing equine family member!  I asked Lynda to tell me a little bit about her life since she's adopted him and this is what she had to say:

"I have had Keyster four years this September. It has taken quite a long time to gain his trust and respect and we have had a few adventures together. Keyster is my therapy when life gets too full or complicated. Adopting him is one of the best things I have ever done."

I think Keyster would agree that Lynda is as much his therapy as he is hers and that adopting him is the best thing that has happened to both of them.  You can truly see the love and bond they have for each other whenever they are together.
