We are seeking administrative volunteers to assist in a variety of positions.


We need people to become involved in these roles, and look forward to helping support and mentor volunteers in this opportunity with Circle F.

Volunteer Coordinator

  • orient and place new volunteers

  • develop orientation materials

  • monitor volunteer satisfaction

Health Team Leader

  • coordinate the health care needs of the horses

  • work with the health care team to assign tasks

  • communicate with the vet and farrier as needed or delegate to team

Events Team Participants

  • help organize fundraising events

  • work the tables at various events throughout Fraser Valley

  • manage on-line fundraising efforts

  • assist by making, baking or soliciting goods to sell

  • solicit silent auctions items

  • sell raffle tickets
