On December 2nd we’re challenging you to donate and have your friends and family match your donation. Our #GivingTuesday goal is to raise $5,000 to help cover veterinary costs, an extremely hard to budget for item. Our veterinary expense ran approximately $4,500 in 2013. Last Spring we had a vet bill for one day for three horses that came to $1,096. Examples of the costs associated with the care of our horses can be seen on our website.

To make a donation simply click here and click on the Donate to charity button at the bottom. This will take you directly to the CanadaHelps Giving Page especially designed for this campaign. This enables us to track all donations given towards this cause.

Thank you for your support!

Poker Ride

Circle F Poker Ride & Walk - In 2010 we started a major annual fundraiser called the Poker Ride & Walk. It was held at the gorgeous Campbell Valley Regional Park in Langley. It was a very successful event bringing in about $3,500 that year. In 2011 we moved the event to High Point Equestrian Centre in Langley and made just over $4,000. We continued holding the event at High Point in 2012 netting approximately $3,500 again & in 2013 net proceeds were $5,789. In 2014 we moved our event back to Campbell Valley Regional Park & are happy to report our best year yet with a total of approximately $7,000 net profit. More details of the event can be seen in our Fall Newsletter here .

We want to thank everyone involved in this event from our sponsors to our volunteers & supporters without whom none of it would be possible. Thank you for your support throughout the years.

We are pleased to announce that we were chosen as one of three non-profit charities to participate in a program Berkana Farms launched on their new website on May 1st, 2014. Their product lines are for improving the health of animals, the environment, AND humans. All use beneficial microorganisms (probiotics). When customers make a purchase, they have the opportunity to vote on which charity they would like the donation to go to. The fundraising will continue for one year at which time the charity with the most votes will receive 25% of their net profit for that year. You can follow the results as they will be posted weekly on their Contact Us page.

Thank you Berkana Farms for choosing Circle F Horse Rescue to be a part of this exciting launch!
